Our standard contractual terms stipulate that our clients must hold the candidate data (such as CV) for the purposes of the specific job they are applying to and, being data controllers themselves, they must notify the candidates if they intend to keep their CV in their files for the purpose of notifying them about future openings or otherwise to keep and/or use their data for other purposes.

 

Unless notified to the contrary, we will understand that your data have not changed, that you undertake to communicate to us any change and that we have your consent to use them for the stated purposes.

You may update your CV at any moment by following the same steps you followed for the initial submission. If the data of your submission are the same (e.g., if you send both CVs using the same e-mail or you notify your contact person that you have resubmitted your CV), your previous CV will be automatically filed.
