We are looking for a Senior, Innovative HR Business Partner for Iberia, to strengthen the team that is providing an outstanding Employee Experience to remain a leader in the ranking of the Best Places to Work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Mission: As part of a HRBPs team that is responsible for aligning global and local HR strategies and tactics by providing added-value, innovative HR collaboration and business support to ensure achievements of the objectives and Strategic Plans for the different business units in Iberia, with teams located all around Spain & Portugal. This position will primarily focus on managing local teams for global functions (from local operations to global functions).

 

 

·      You will be a key partner for the Business, involved in the definition, development and execution of an Action Plan with Executive teams to ensure achievement and alignment with company objectives, as well as the accurate implementation and adoption of the global and local HR policies/strategies with local scope (proposing new HR strategies).

·      Design Talent & Leadership Development programs with Managers, identifying training needs within different teams (and assessing training programs).

·      Support Performance and Talent Management, analyzing and defining people metrics to guide business decisions related to HR, establishing and upholding company ethics, values, and culture standards.

·      Research and analyze employee trends to

·      Enhance people engagement and to improve / ensure an outstanding Employee Experience, throughout the entire lifecycle (from onboarding to mobility, performance, development, recognition and offboarding).

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

·      We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of demonstrated top performance and successful experience in HRBP related responsibilities, being a key partner for the business to effectively address organizational and talent needs.

·      For that end, an innovative mindset and a strong understanding of business operations and challenges within multinational, highly-demanding matrix organizations will be key.

·      Proven ability to manage complex HR projects (with Agile methodologies).

·      Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation / conflict resolution skills. An influencer professional with high energy and engagement who is able to work in a fast-moving environment, demonstrate organizational skills and confident decision-making capability, and achieve credibility with colleagues at all levels. We are looking for passion for excellence and driving improvements, someone customer-focused with a sense of urgency to resolve issues timely and effectively.

·      Deep knowledge of labor regulations to minimize risks in daily Employee management.

·      Fluent in English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
