As an Identity Management Engineer, you will be a key player in managing and maintaining our client’s Identity Management services, ensuring smooth operations across 15 countries. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with growth potential both vertically and horizontally.

Key Responsibilities and tasks:

·       Maintenance & Support: Plan and execute necessary maintenance activities for Identity Management technologies, ensuring compliance with SLAs.

·       Continuous Improvement: Act as an escalation point for L2/L3 issues, and partner with peers to drive continual improvement initiatives.

·       Budget Management: Oversee parts of the IT Identity Management budget as defined by the Identity Management Lead Engineer.

·       Risk Management: Identify risks, prepare risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans.

·       Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with IT Supply peers to ensure effective service delivery.

·       Expert Guidance: Provide expert input on IT Identity Management issues, supporting decision-making for projects, strategic plans, and budget requirements.

·       Project Execution: Implement approved IT Identity Management initiatives and changes.

·       Execute capacity, performance, and risk management strategies to ensure system stability and capability.

·       Support continuous improvement and optimization activities.

·       Provide updated forecasts and clarifications about IT Identity Management costs.

·       Recommend innovative solutions and new technologies to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

·       University degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.

·       5+ years in Identity Management in a multinational company.

·       Windows VNC knowledge is mandatory

·       C1 English level is mandatory

·       Microsoft MCSA, O365, Azure training/certification preferred.
