Since we generally deal with candidates by procuring them job opportunities throughout their career, the purpose of the data storage is generally ongoing. We regularly carry out cleaning and updating tasks regarding our candidates’ data in order to ensure that the data in our possession are accurate and that we don’t store them for longer than necessary.

 

Our standard contractual terms stipulate that our clients must hold the candidate data (such as CV) for the purposes of the specific job they are applying to and, being data controllers themselves, they must notify the candidates if they intend to keep their CV in their files for the purpose of notifying them about future openings or otherwise to keep and/or use their data for other purposes.

 

Unless notified to the contrary, we will understand that your data have not changed, that you undertake to communicate to us any change and that we have your consent to use them for the stated purposes.

 

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE COLLECTED INFORMATION

 

You have a series of rights regarding your personal information in our possession. Once you complete our registration form, you may withdraw your authorisation to have your data processed outside the EEA by submitting a request using our contact details, which you can find below. You may update your CV at any moment by following the same steps you followed for the initial submission. If the data of your submission are the same (e.g., if you send both CVs using the same e-mail or you notify your contact person that you have resubmitted your CV), your previous CV will be automatically filed.
